Gym set by Holzhof has struts and top cross pieces of glue laminated timber with two layer cloverleaf profile wood. Solid pine wood has been used for climbing boards. All wood components are subjected to a vacuum pressure impregnation autoclave. Rotational polyethylene used for parapets, strut caps and bolt caps. Satin finished stainless steel used for handgrips and horizontal monkey bars. Galvanised iron rings and rubber covered rings used for Balance cross-piece, ring support cross-pieces, stool support cross-piece. Stool seats: rubber with steel core. Screws: galvanised iron/stainless steel

The Holzhof Balancing and Climbing Hexagonal Gym is made up of glue laminated timber with two layers of struts (i.e. 9*9cm + ground bracket).
The vertical wall bar has 40mm wooden rungs. The climbing rope is covered in polypropylene with 16mm twisted steel rope. Column fixing has been done with plastic thimble. Along with plastic ball joints of 50mm and steel tubular pole of 40mm.
